Hybrid Chevy

Ok Time to get this one done for SANNL 2015.

I start this one few years ago and resumed it last year.

I liked the 56 nose and the 57 tail so why join them.

The idea was to just join the tail of the 57 to the 56 body keeping the 56 roof.
Next was chopping the roof ooooppppssss. I just couldn’t get the roof to sit nicely and be strong at the same time.
So next best thing was making convertible using the 56 front window frame, hmmm didn't work and shelved it for 4 year.

I got a 62 or 63 Impala's roof from Gerhard after chatting to him about the chevy and the issues I got with roof.

I am still deciding on the engine but was thinking of using the Corvette ZR1 (Revell kit) engine.

Oh its about time you got this finished Renier....
I think the ZR 1 engine would look cool in that..

Ok I changed my mind on the zr1 engine it will be replace with a resin big block chevy engine



Did some detail work on the carb, added little pipes(not sure what its called)
Will add throttle linkage next to get placement correct.
